Hi, I’m Sumit.

I’m a UX designer with a master’s in Information Science from Cornell University.

My roots are in architecture, where I learned to think in systems, observe how people move through space, and design for belonging, skills I now carry into the digital world.
I’m endlessly curious about how design can support equity, simplify complexity, and make people feel seen.
I believe good design asks better questions. Mine usually start with: who’s being left out, and how can we bring them in?
Offline, I find joy in exploring new places through architecture, culture, and food. I recharge through sketching, yoga, and music. And stay grounded by contributing to community-led work around inclusion and access. These moments make me realise that thoughtful design doesn’t end on the screen, it extends to the way we show up for others.
